| 摘 要： | 制度的正义是与制度公正不同的概念,制度公正主要解决分配的程序和结果的“各得其份”的问题,只是社会制度发展和完善的基础;制度的正义不仅是制度公正的补充,也是制度公正的目标和指向.制度公正带来的种种问题,也无法通过公正的规则来解决,只有在制度正义的目标导引下,通过完善各项制度建设,才能全面地解决社会分配问题,才有制度的可持续发展和全面发展.

| Abstract: | The justice and equality of system are two different concepts,and the latter mainly deals with the distribution procedures and its results "each gets his own portion".The equality of system is only the basis of the development and perfection of the regime;while the justice of system is not only the supplement,but also the goal and direction of the other.Many problems resulted from the system equality cannot be solved by the just rules.With the guide of the system justice's goal,the society distribution problems can be solved through the perfection of each item of system building.Then,the goal of the sustainable and comprehensive development can be reached. |
