| 摘 要： | 为充分了解我国图书情报机构知识服务现状与存在的问题,分别选取图书馆、情报所(信息中心)、数据库提供商3个系列的典型组织机构进行了调查研究.通过网络浏览、服务内容考察和专家访谈等方式,从服务项目、生命周期和加工层次3个角度对调查结果进行了总结、比对和分析.
