| 摘 要： | 实践证明，“三农”问题的核心是农民，农民问题关键是农民的致富本领及其在市场上的竞争力，而解决农民致富本领问题的治本之策是抓农村劳动力职业技能培训和科学素质的培养。因此，高职院校在各地政府的引导下，大力开展农村社区教育，开展农民科学技术教育、技能培训和科普宣传。探索全面提高农村劳动力职业素质、科学素质、人文素质的培养模式，造就一批有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民意义深远。

| Abstract: | ＂Of three Agricultural Problems＂ , the Fact shows that the problem of peasants is the core which the problem of peasants is the ability of making money and competition in the market. The solution to this problem is to cultivate their professional skills and science quality. Therefore, under the instruction of local governments, high vocational colleges give lessons to improve peasants＇ science technology and skills. It is significant to explore the cultivation mode on how to roundly improve peasants＇ profession quality, science quality and quality of the humanities. |
