| 摘 要： | 在中国职业足球的发展过程中,许多外籍教练起到非常关键的作用.他们不仅带来先进的技战术训练手段,而且带来先进的足球理念.以前国家队南斯拉夫籍主教练米卢蒂诺维奇为例,深入分析外籍教练在足球理念方面与国内教练员之间存在的差异.研究发现,差异主要表现为:1)外籍教练对足球本质的认识比较单纯,很少考虑足球之外的政治、情感等因素,因此,更能把握足球运动的基本规律;2)对运动员的管理更具人性化;3)具有强烈的自信心;4)对待比赛的胜负观和大局观具有更清楚的认识.

| Abstract: | As well as Milu,Chinese football has retained several foreign coaches.They brought many new things including the notions about football.The gap in notions may be the primary gap between Chinese soccer and those of the advanced level in world.After analysis,the different between Chinese and foreign coaches displays : 1.the cognition about football of foreign coaches is so simple that they could be confident in regularity of football;2.the management to athlete is more human nature than those of Chinese coach;3.the foreign coaches have more stronger confidence than Chinese counterpart;4.the foreign coaches have more clear knowledge about victory and lose of competition. |
