| 摘 要： | 随着优质教育的扩张，集团化办学的推进，各种发展模式的集团应运而生。要有效实现不同组织的联系与融合，实现优质教育的延续与扩张其根本途径是组织文化的再造、创新，以文化的力量推动集团的发展，实现共享、共融、共创、共赢。青春教育集团学校通过“系统思考：审视学校组织文化；理念跟进：再造学校组织文化；行为改变：生成学校组织文化；反思展望：发展学校组织文化”四个方面对集团化办学进行了自己的探索。

| Abstract: | With the expansion of excellent education and the progressing of group running schools,various kinds of group models have occurred.The most essential way to realize the effective connection and mixture of different organizations as well as the continuation and expansion of optimum education is to rebuild and create organizational culture and promote the group development by the strength of culture.Qingchun Education Group explores the problem of running schools by groups from four aspects:thinking systematically;coming up with new ideas;changing what should be changed and reflecting and looking forward. |
