| 摘 要： | 学校是由一个个班级组成的，反过来班级又是学校的重要组成部分，班级管理是学校日常工作的重要内容。要做好班级管理的工作需要从四个方面入手，即：营造班级民主和谐的管理氛围；注重班干部的选拔和培养；调动学生的参与性、积极性；做好家庭与学校的沟通、交流。

| Abstract: | A school consists of many classes, and classes are im- portant parts of a school, so class management is an important content of the school＇s daily work. This paper discusses how to implement class management well from such four aspects as class management atmosphere, the selection of student cadres, stu- dents＇ enthusiasm and family-school exchange and communica- tion. |
