| 摘 要： | 本文围绕中职学校的培养目标和教育特点，针对中职学校学生总体素质普遍偏低这样的学生群体，本人从三个方面来阐述一名中职学校班主任一点想法，以引导学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观，掌握必要的职业知识、基本技能，使之成为高素质劳动者和技能型人才。
