| 摘 要： | 在高校管理工作中，不管是开展教学管理，还是开展学生管理，都离不开学籍管理工作的有效开展。随着高等教育的发展与深化改革，对于学籍管理工作来说，在以人为本的理念基础之上构建学籍管理体系，是现阶段高等教育与时代发展相适应的重要手段，也是现阶段高校管理工作开展的基本要求。本文通过对高校学籍管理中存在的问题进行分析，对基于以人为本理念的学籍管理体系进行研究，同时对以人为本理念的落实意义进行分析，以期为现阶段学籍管理工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | In school management, both teaching management and student management cannot leave the effective implementation of student status management. With the development and deepening reform of higher education, the construction of people-oriented student status management is an important way of adapting to contemporary higher education and the times. Through analyzing the problems in college student status management, this paper researches the people-oriented student status management and its significance, hoping to provide references for the current stu- dent status management. |
