| 摘 要： | 人文关怀是新时期高校思想政治教育的核心价值,将人文关怀融入到大学生思想政治教育工作中,对于推进新形势下高校思想政治教育的理论与实践创新、促进大学生成长成才和全面发展具有重要意义。本文阐述了人文关怀理念融入大学生思想政治教育工作的必要性,进而提出建立平等对话、双向互动的开放教育模式,树立以人为本的教育理念,坚持显性与渗透式相结合的教育方式是加强大学生思想政治教育人文关怀的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Humanistic care is the core value of college ideological and political education in the new period, so the infiltration of humanistic care into college students＇ ideological and political e- ducation is significant to promote college students＇ comprehensive development. This paper interprets the necessity of infiltrating humanistic care into college students＇ ideological and political e- ducation, and discusses several effective approaches to enhance humanistic care of college students＇ ideological an political edu- cation. |
