| 摘 要： | 研究生群体的复杂性造成了研究生教学管理工作中的难点。在日常工作中,应建立有序的教学管理规范,加强学风建设,调动研究生学习研究的积极性和主动性。改革课程设置以适应人才培养实情,严抓研究生培养中的重要环节。在学生、导师、学科各群体层面分别开展教育、培训工作。做到理论与实践相结合,最终为提高研究生培养质量服务。

| Abstract: | The complexity of the postgraduate group leads to the difficulty of postgraduate teaching management. In daily work, an orderly teaching management standard should be established, so as to enhance learning atmosphere construction and stimulate postgraduates＇ learning enthusiasm. Curriculum setting should also be reformed make it suitable for talent cultivation. Theory and practice should be combined to improve the quality of post- graduate cultivation. |
