| 摘 要： | 培养学生干部是班主任工作的重要内容之一,学生干部的作用发挥如何,将直接关系到班风、校风的建设及班级管理工作的成效。在查阅有关文献资料的基础上,本文总结中职校学生的特点,就学生干部培养方法进行了探讨,提出了今后学生干部培养的方向。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of student cadres is an important con- tent of the head teacher＇s work, for the role of student cadres di- rectly relates to the effect of class ans and school atmosphere construction and class management. Based on referring to rele- vant literature, this paper summarizes the characteristics of sec- ondary vocational students, inquires into the methods of cadre cultivation, and proposes the direction of future cadre cuhivation. |
