| 摘 要： | 依法治国和以德治国是我国的两项基本国策,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要途径,只有将德治和法治有效地结合起来,才能取得最好的社会治理效果,因此,提高公民的道德水平和法治观念是十分重要的。高校是教育的重要基地,在高校中实现道德教育与法制精神教育的融合,对于公民道德素质和法治精神的全面提高具有重要的意义。笔者试从高校道德和法治教育的现状出发,分析将道德教育的法治精神融合的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The rule of law and the rule by virtue are two basic policies for us to build a socialist harmonious society, and inte- gration of the two can achieve the best social administration ef- fect. The college is an important basis of education, so integrating moral education and legal spirit education in college is significant for the comprehensive improvement of citizen＇s moral quality and legal spirit. Starting from the current situation of college moral and legal education, this paper attempts to analyzes effective ap- proaches to integrate the two. |
