| 摘 要： | 企业的自主创新能力是企业快速高效发展的保证,创新型国家政策的提出为我国企业提高自主创新能力提供了保障。此外,健全的知识产权保护制度能有效的促进企业自主创新的发展,从而为建立创新型国家打下坚实的基础。随着经济全球化进程的加快,知识产权在国际竞争中的重要性与日俱增,逐渐成为国家和企业争取科技和经济竞争优势的重要手段,构成了企业和国家竞争力的一个核心要素,日益受到人们的关注和重视。
