雷氏大疣蛛毒素-V的分离纯化与初步活性鉴定

摘    要:雷氏大疣蛛(Macrothele raveni)是最近发现的异仿蛛科大疣蛛属的蜘蛛新种.雷氏大疣蛛毒素-V就是以该蜘蛛粗毒为原料,利用阴、阳离子交换层析和反相高效液相色谱分离纯化得到并命名的一种新型蜘蛛毒素.利用基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱仪分析得知它的相对分子质量为3133.48;通过初步活性研究证明雷氏大疣蛛毒素-V是一种昆虫专一性神经毒素.

Abstract:The spider Macrothele raveni was recently identified as a new species of Genus Macrothele.A novel neurotoxic peptide named Raventoxin-V was purified from the venom of the spider Macrothele raveni by cation-exchange,anion-exchange and reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography.The relative molecular mass of the toxin was determined to be 3133.48 by matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS).According to the preliminary activity research,it has been proved that Raventoxin-V is a novel insectticidal neurotoxin.
