| Abstract: | Facing the situation of day-by-day fierce competition on the developing of university, the management innovation inside the university is a weak point of the local university; it is one of the cutting points that the local university seeks to develop continuously too. Strengthening the management innovation, breaking away from outdated traditional modes of thought is a prerequisite, mechanism transform is the base, and system innovation is a key. |
