| 摘 要： | 在旅游高职院校中建立起“双师型”教师模式是提高我国旅游高等教育质量的主要途径，也是逐步完善职业技术教育教师体制的重要保证。首先对“双师型”教师的概念做出准确的界定，通过对“双师型”教师模式在发达国家、地区和我国实施的现状进行对比，找出其中存在的问题，然后结合实际时在我国旅游高职院校中建立完整的“双师型”教师模式提出合理的建议和意见。

| Abstract: | Building a versatile teachers mode in tourist colleges in China is not only a main way to improve the quality of higher education,but also an important guarantee for improving the system of teachers of technical education.This article defines the concept of versatile teachers first,and with comparing with foreign countries in this aspect and combining with the reality of China,this paper to proposes some suggestions how to build a better versatile teachers mode. |
