| 摘 要： | 统计数据和调查资料表明，我国高校的研究人员队伍、科研成果产出、可转化科研成果产出和可转化科研成果转化产出都已具有相当规模，但可转化科研成果转化的产出率较低，而且15年来呈现越来越低的发展趋势。针对这些问题，今后需要从3个方面加以改革：完善促进高校科研成果转化的一系列具体措施；实现以高校科研导向的应用研究为中心的战略转变；创新科研模式，让科研成果转化内置于企业生产和高校科研过程之中。

An Analysis on the Present Situation,Problems and Strategies of Transformation of Scientific Research Achievement in Chinese Universities and Colleges |

| Abstract: | It has been demonstrated by statistic data and survey data that now there are a great number of researchers, outputs of scientific research achievement, outputs of convertible scientific research achievement and transformed outputs of convertible scientific research achievement in Chinese universities and colleges. However, the ratios of transformed outputs of convertible scientific research achievement is low and has become lower and lower for fifteen years. Aimed at these problems, we should reform from three aspects in the future： perfect a series of specific measures for improving the transformation of scientific research achieve- ment in universities and colleges, achieve the strategic transformation centered on applied research oriented with scientific research in universities and colleges, and innovate the scientific research model, fulfill the transformation of scientific research achievement in enterprise production and university scientific research. |
