高校科研领域内“马太效应"对青年教师发展影响研究

摘    要:“马太效应”是人类社会调节资源利益的一种自发机制,广泛存在于社会各领域。在高校科研领域内,“马太效应”存在着有利于业绩优异的学者成长为学术权威,有利于高校教师提高竞争意识和有利于高校科研力量的壮大的积极影响,同时也存在着导致科研领域内资源垄断现象的发生,加剧科研领域内不公平现象的发生和科技资源配置两极分化的消极影响。高校青年教师应从转变观念,练好内功,努力提升自我;学校层面要加强制度建设,营造学术氛围,为青年教师全面发展创造条件,从而正确应对高校科研领域内的“马太效应”。

Abstract:Based on an analysis of the status of the researth at home and abroad, the present paper presents "department-company-institute" as an industry school institute mode and defines the respon sibilities of the department, the company, and the institute. It makes an empirical study of the indus try-school-institute mode of Hunan Vocational Technical College of Modern Logistics and the results show that the mode has achieved quite good results and yet some problems remain to be solved.
