“9O后”大学生隐性教育途径创新研究

摘    要:“90后”大学生是指1990年至1999年年底为止出生的进入高校校园的大学生,传统的显性教育方法已经不能完全适应“90后”大学生的现实需要。通过比较显性教育和隐性教育的优缺点,提出发挥好浓郁的校园文化、教师的师德师风、手机网络等新媒体的载体创新、大学生实践活动、团体辅导方法等多种“隐性”的途径和方式,使用显性与隐性相结合的教育方法,不断提升“90后”大学生思想政治教育的实效性。

Abstract:"Post-90s" college students refer to those students who were born between 1990 and 1999. The traditional explicit educational methods cannot fully meet their practical needs. The present arti cle studies the advantages and disadvantages of both explicit education and implicit education and sug gests that the university should combine explicit educational methods with various implicit methods such as the rich campus culture, teachers' virtues, mobile phone network and other new media, students' practical activities and group counseling methods to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of "post-90s" students.
