Abstract:Efficiently developing and managing the institutions' human resource is the most important original power for its management and development. The institutions must promote the reform of concept and system of the human resource management so that it could attract and retain talents to gain an advantage in the fierce market competition. This article analyzes the status and causation of the human resource management of the institutions in China,moreover,puts forward the countermeasures.
