| 摘 要： | 和谐社会思想的意蕴丰富，从不同角度和视阈出发进行阐释，将得出多种不同的结论。构建社会主义和谐社会是具体的实践过程，单靠主观臆想不能实现和谐，它需要一系列现实的制度安排。宪政民主是社会主义多元利益主体和谐的制度保证；宪政法治是社会主义权力、权利均衡和谐的制度依托；社会主义和谐社会致力于人的全面发展，这与宪政保障人权的核心价值形成完美契合。因此，宪政是迄今为止人类社会所能提供的实现社会和谐的最恰当的制度安排。
