| 摘 要： | 近年来甘肃以科学发展为理念,坚持不懈进行农业结构调整,努力发展高产优质、高效、特色、安全农业,并取得明显成效。我省坚持从战略性主导产业、区域性优势产业、地方性特色产品三个层次上推进农业结构的战略性调整,有效地促进了我省农业结构向质量和效益型方向的转变,农、牧、渔业结构调整优化步伐明显加快。农业结构调整使甘肃农业向科学化迈进,向着高产优质、高效、特色、安全方向发展。但是,积极进行农业结构调整仍然是当前和今后一个时期农业和农村经济工作的一条主线,也是增强农业发展后劲,持续增加农民收入的必然选择。

| Abstract: | In 1978, the Gansu to the scientific development concept, unswervingly carry out the agricultural structure adjustment, efforts to develop high quality, high efficiency, features, security, agriculture, and achieved significant results. Leading industries of our province insist on a strategic, regional competitive industries, the three levels of local specialty products to promote the strategic adjustment of agricultural structure, effective in promoting the province＇s agricultural structure and efficiency to the quality and direction of change, agriculture, livestock, fishing, significantly speeding up structural adjustment and optimization. Adjustment of agricultural structure, to the scientific Agricultural forward toward high quality, high efficiency, features, security direction. However, the positive adjustment of agricultural structure is still current and future work in agriculture and the rural economy the main theme, but also enhance the development of agriculture, increasing farmers income, the inevitable choice. |
