| 摘 要： | 中国本土职场小说是近年来在中国大陆迅速崛起与扩张的类型小说,它的兴盛有特定的文化背景：从写作来看,是中国新兴白领阶层在为本阶层的文化代言及寻求身份认同;从读者阅读来看,是金融风暴酿就的职场危机的刺激与应急反映;从传播与销售来看,是消费主义与网络信息技术蝉联的结果。

| Abstract: | China＇ s domestic workplace fiction is a type of novel rising rapidly and expanding all over mainland China in recent years, and its prosperity is under particular cultural backgrounds. From the writing point of view, the prosperity is the cultural representation of emerging white-collar class who are seeking for their identity; from the reader＇s point of view, it is the provisional response to the workplace crisis caused by the financial storm; from the communication and sales perspective, it is the result from the combination of consumerism with network information technology. |
