| 摘 要： | 《淮南子》对法家思想及实践所造成的历史教训有着深刻的反思。对＂势＂、＂法＂＂、术＂等法家思想,《淮南子》在批判中有所扬弃,并且以理性的政治态度进行了汲取和融合。以法家思想及实践作为政治思考的参照物,《淮南子》着眼于＂治道＂与＂治术＂,构建起了＂多元并存,理性融会＂的混合型政治发展模式。

| Abstract: | Huai Nan Zi suggests a profound reflection about the historical lessons of the Legalist ideas and practice. Huai Nan Zi criti- cally adopts and drops the Legalist ideas, such as ＂Shi＂, ＂Fa＂, and ＂Shu＂. It also absorbs and syneretizes them with a rational political attitude. Taking these ideas and practice as reference for political thinking and in view of ＂doctrines＂ and ＂strategies＂, Huai Nan Zi has established a mixed model of political development, that is, ＂multiple existence and rational syncretization＂. |
