| 摘 要： | 借助生态学的理论开展高校学生事务管理研究,是一个不同学科领域交叉的理论命题,具有鲜明的时代性和实践性,需要我们不断地探索和总结。从生态学的视角审视我国高校学生事务管理,会发现它存在着严重的生态危机,其产生的原因又非常复杂。因此,我们要依据生态学的基本原理对高校学生事务管理理念进行创新与发展,从而最终促进高校学生事务管理的生态体系建设,提高其管理效果。

| Abstract: | Ecological research on college student affairs management is an interdisciplinary topic with a distinct and practical nature of the times.It requires further exploring and summarizing.The Ecologic perspective of the study shows that student affairs management in higher education is faced up with serious ecologic crisis,and the causes are complex.We should innovate and develop the concept of student affairs management according to the basic principle of ecology,thereby,promoting the construction of ecological system of student affairs management and improving the management effect. |
