| 摘 要： | 由于知识经济的到来,知识管理成为一种最重要的管理活动,建立知识管理学的学科体系不仅是必要的,也是可能的。目前对知识管理学科体系构建的研究正在兴起。本文主要分析了学科来源研究和内容体系研究,并分析了几部具有代表性的著作所构建的体系。最后指出构建知识管理学科体系必须注意的几个方面,并具体构建了一个较为完善的体系框架。
