鱼雷罐喷吹脱硫动力学条件改善研究与进展

摘    要:综述了鱼雷罐喷吹脱硫动力学条件改善研究与进展情况,获得了如下结论:较差的动力学条件是制约鱼雷罐脱硫技术生存发展的关键环节;通过优化工艺参数、改变喷枪结构和熔池引入辅助吹气装置等手段可以改善鱼雷罐脱硫动力学条件,提高脱硫生产效率;采用大工业生产现场简便易行的技术方案,缩短喷吹气体流股至端部死区距离,提高对两端死区附近液体的搅拌效果是改善鱼雷罐喷吹脱硫动力学条件的的重要方向。

Research Development of Improving Dynamics Condition of Jetting Desulphurization in Torpedo Ladle Car

Abstract:T his paper review s the research development of improving dynamics condition of jetting de-sulphurization in torpedo ladle car and draw s some conclusions .Survival and development of desulphuriza-tion is restricted by poor dynamics conditions .T he dynamics condition and desulphurization efficiency can be improved by optimizing technological process parameters ,changing lance structure ,adopting blowing devices in the molted pool ,shortening the distance between jetting gas flow and dead area in the end and strengthening stirring intensity of liquids of the both ends of the dead area .
