摘    要:以稳定生产的超低碳烘烤硬化热镀锌合金化JAC340H钢为基础,对比了两种采用不同感应加热功率、不同均热温度合金化工艺控制的镀层效果,采用520℃均热温度配合低的感应加热功率的工艺方案得到的镀层抗粉化能力更好。

Abstract:Based on stable production of alloying ultra-low carbon bake hardening steel JAC340H ,the zinc coating effect of two methods which differs in induction heating power and alloying soaking tempera-tures are compared .The findings reveal that soaking temperature of 520℃ along with lower induction heating power is desirable for the anti-powdering properties of zinc coating .
