| 摘 要： | “民工潮”是城乡分离的“二元经济模式”下产生的一种特殊现象。一方面民工为经济、社会进步和城市正常运转作出了巨大贡献 ,另一方面民工犯罪问题却日益突出。民工犯罪的原因非常复杂 ,除个人 ,社会 ,直接诱发等因素外 ,还包括 :文化冲突、道德观念差异 ;城乡贫富不均 ,导致心理失衡 :人格被歧视 ,诱发犯罪 ;劳资纠纷处理不当 ,激化矛盾 ;综合素质偏低、法律意识淡泊。关注民工弱势群体、关心民工的心态和情绪 ,改善他们的生活状况 ,维护民工法定权益 ,预防民工犯罪 ,是本文要探讨的主要内容

| Abstract: | People's strike" is "economic mode of two dolars" that the city country separate output kind of special phenomenon. On the other hand people's work progess to revolved to make with city normally for the econony, society huge contribution, on the other hand people the work crime problem but increasingly outstanding. People the reason of the work crime is very complicated, in addition to personally, society, directly inducting etc. reason, still including: Cultural conflict, moral concept difference; The city country is disparity between rich and poor, causing mental state be out of balance; The personality was discriminate against, inducting the crime; The trouble between labor and management not be handled properly, arousing to turn the antinomy; The comprehensive character is low, law the consciousness lead simple life. Pay attention to the people's work minority community and concern the mindset and motions of people's work, improve their living condition, support the legal rights of people's work and prevent people from the work crime, is main contents that this text wants to inquiry into. |
