摘    要:人力资源管理外包在我国的发展势头迅猛,成为促进我国产业和企业发展的重要方式和方法。我国人力资源管理外包的发展在地域发展、产业发展、外包理念发展、各职能外包程度等方面呈现出明显的不平衡现象。这些方面的不平衡在某种程度上符合人力资源管理外包发展的一般规律,但同时也体现了我国的现实国情和我国人力资源管理行业发展的特殊性。全面认识和分析我国人力资源管理外包发展不平衡对于促进人力资源管理外包的进一步科学发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:The outsourcing of human resource management is developing vigorously in our country.It has already become an important method and way to promote the development of our industries and enterprises.The development of the outsourcing of our Human resource management is obviously unbalanced in such respects as region development,industry development and outsourcing concept development,and the outsourcing levels of all the functional departments are also obviously unbalanced.In a certain degree,these imbalances conform to the general rule of the development of the outsourcing of human resource management.At the same time,they reflect the reality of our country and the particularity of the development of our human resource management industry.It has great significance for the development of the outsourcing of our human resource management to fully recognize and analyze the unbalance of the outsource development of our human resource management.
