| 摘 要： | 在英译汉和汉译英过程中,常出现的问题是:从句子层面实现的字词对应,有时无法完成源语的功能对等,也不能实现目的语的通顺和得体的目标。本文从语篇和语境的角度,分析4个译例,探讨语篇意识和语境在篇章翻译中的重要作用。

| Abstract: | Discourse,as a basic form of social communication,is an important unit in the process of translation.Only by standing at the discourse level,will the translation not be made to stop at the level of literal translation by word to word and sentence to sentence,but to ensure the passing of the meaning of the entire chapter.In the process of Chinese to English translation or English to Chinese translation,there are often such problems: words mapping from the sentence level sometimes can’t help achieve the functional equivalence of source language or the fluency and appropriateness of target language.From the perspectives of the discourse and context,this paper makes an analysis of four translated cases to explore the important roles of the discourse awareness and context in the translation of chapters. |
