| 摘 要： | 法律硕士专业学位是因应时代需要而设置的,其目标是培养复合型、应用型高层次法律人才。其设置既有深刻的法理基础,又有着极大的现实意义。法律职业要求司法者不仅具有一定的专门知识,还必须具备相当的社会知识和人生阅历,只有这样,法治的权威才能够建立起来。在中国法学教育历史上,对类似法律硕士的教育模式的探索从来就没有停止过,这一定意义上也说明了法律硕士的合理性。

| Abstract: | It is called for in modern age to offer Juris Master;its objective is to train interdisciplinary law talents.The construction of this degree has its profound law basis and practical significance as well.Law profession requires justiciary to possess not only specialized knowledge but also enough social knowledge and life experience.Only in this way can the authority of law be established.In the history of law education in China,the study of trading mode similar to Juris Master has been continued,which to some degree illustrates the Legality of Juris Master. |
