| 摘 要： | 高校实行教育职员制是加强管理队伍建设的要求,是适应高等教育大众化和国际化的需要,对推动高校人事制度和分配制度改革具有重要意义。实施高校教育职员制度改革,应统一思想、制定《教育职员法》、建立合理的职级体系、加强考核制度建设,此外,还要完善社会保障制度。

| Abstract: | To implement functionary system in colleges and universities is a requirement 1or improving me quality of management team. It is also needed for the higher education of China to adapt the polularization and globalization tendency. It has great significance for accelerating the reform of personnel system and distribution system. To implement functionary system in colleges and universities, we should unify our mind, formulate the educational functionary law, establish reasonable ranking system and strengthen the examination system. Besides, we should also improve the social security institution. |
