摘    要:人是企业构成要素及管理过程中最活跃、最重要的因素。企业领导者应树立以人为本的管理意识,以激发出广大职工内在的潜力。为此,各级领导者要做到以贤知贤,提高企业领导者的素质。要唯才是举,抓好识才、选才、用才三个环节。要能够以情感人,着力培养企业人的共同价值观。

Abstract:Manpower is the constituent part and a most active and important factor in management of an enterprise . The leading level of an enterprise should foster a managerial consciousness with the labor force as the key link, so as to arouse the internal potential of staff members. Therefore, the leaders at different levels should improve their quality and be good at picking out and selection and use of talented personnel. They should manage to appoint people on their merits and move them with emotional affection, so as to foster a common sense of value for the enterprise.
