| 摘 要： | 磁翻转显示板可以成为独立的手动控制显示设备。档位的设置可以满足和完成所有的速滑比赛要求;每个道次设有加1和减1的控制开关,使裁判的操作更加自如;分段显示功能使显示更加新颖。各项指标达到了原设计功能要求。

| Abstract: | It may make the magnetic turn display-board into a manual control display equipment.Its setup can catch the competitive requirement in all speed skating events.It has a switch plus or minus 1 in both inside and outside for freely operating by the referee.The subsection display function makes the display novel.The development has finished the primary design. |
