| 摘 要： | 研发经费和研发人员投入是创新活动进行的两个重要基本条件,研发投入对创新结果的影响并不只是这两个内部要素单独作用的结果,同时还考虑二者之间协同匹配效果。以我国制造业上市企业为研究对象,对公司研发投入要素与绩效的关系进行了实证分析。研究表明,我国制造业企业平均研发投入强度较低,增加研发投入对企业绩效具有积极的正向影响;研发投入内部要素协同匹配与企业财务绩效正相关,但没有通过显著性检验,而对企业的非财务绩效具有显著的正向的影响。

| Abstract: | R D funds and R D personnel input are two important basic conditions for innovation. Impact of R D investment on innovation outcomes, not just the results of two internal factors alone, but also impacted by both synergistic match results. Based on this, paper selected sample of 310 listed companies in the manufacturing sector, the paper researches the relationship of the company"s R D investment elements and performance. The empirical results show that the lower average R D intensity of manufacturing enterprises in our country, increase R D investment on enterprise performance has positive influence; R D internal factors coordinated matching and financial performance is related, but didn"t pass the significance test, and non-financial performance of enterprises has significant positive impact. |
