| 摘 要： | 高校党的思想政治工作注重人文关怀，是新时期增强高校党的思想政治工作实效性的关键。文章就人文关怀的内涵进行了简要的论述，并从尊重主体地位、注重个体差异、重视心理疏导、提高人文素质4个角度重点阐述高校党的思想政治工作创新思维，强调在高校党的思想政治工作中应着力增强人文关怀。
