| 摘 要： | 上海是一座具有移民传统的城市,目前正在迎来新一轮的国际移民潮。国际移民的涌入形成了上海多元文化共存的格局,也带来了文化冲突的可能,因此城市多元文化的融合是上海建设和发展国际化都市的主题之一。在多元文化的融合中,以何种语言为主要媒介进行融合,这不仅是一个与多元文化存在与发展方式有关的语言问题,更是直接关系到这一多元文化融合的性质和趋向的问题。随着上海国际移民数量的增加,国际移民与本地居民共同生活的社区将大量出现,上海有必要以社区为中心大力开展汉语国际推广。

| Abstract: | Shanghai, a city with a tradition of immigration, is now ushering in a new round of international immigrants. With this, the pattern of multi--cultural coexistence has taken shape in Shanghai now, but it also brings about possible cultural conflicts. So multi--cultural integration has be： come one of the themes in the process of Shanghai＇s development and internationalization. In this process of integration, what language is preferable as the main medium is not only related to the use of a language, but also directly related to the nature and orientation of this multi--cultural integration. With more interriational immigrants entering Shanghai, more communities where international migrants and local residents live together will appear. Thus, these communities need better international popularization of the Chinese language. |
