| Abstract: | Implements the university rear service reform,is the concentrate efforts for the school to do well the teaching scientific research,improves the quality of teaching and the school benefit,is advantageous provides the higher quality rear service in the rear service for the school.How to straighten out each financial relations,the standard accounting,emphasizes humanist,strengthens the financial supervision and the control.Protects the state asset not to drain,is question which the university financial control and the accounting urgently await to be solved. |
