| Abstract: | This paper represents the real condition in libraries of local colleges in underdeveloped areas and the features of Compact Disc （CD） with books. Then it discusses the administration of CD. Last, the suggestion is proposed that the measures should be adjusted to local conditions to use CD effectively. |
