摘    要:当前乡村教师面临着“城市人”与“乡村人”的社会角色冲突、“教书匠”与“监护人”的社区角色冲突、“教育者”与“学习者”的专业角色冲突、“创新者”与“传承者”的文化角色冲突等四大角色冲突,对这些冲突的具体表现、产生原因及应对策略进行研究,有助于帮助乡村教师有效化解角色冲突、提升乡村教师专业认同、稳定乡村教师队伍、促进乡村教育现代化进程。

Abstract:At present,rural teachers are confronted with four major role conflicts:the conflict of social roles between"urban people"and"rural people","the conflict of community roles between"teachers"and"guardians","the conflict of professional roles between"educators"and"learners","the conflict of cultural roles between"innovators"and"inheritors".The concrete manifestations,causes and Countermeasures of these conflicts are advanced.The research will help rural teachers effectively resolve role conflicts,enhance their professional identity,stabilize the rural teachers and promote the modernization of rural education.
