| 摘 要： | 从浪费的概念与内涵出发，借助现代质量管理理论和方法系统分析了质量问题是各种浪费现象的重要成因，从统计技术的角度描述了波动与企业不良质量损失和浪费的关系。提出综合运用各种先进的管理理论和技术手段消除偏差，减少波动和建立稳健的过程（无论是制造过程还是非制造过程）是消除浪费的有效途径，并探讨了6西格玛质量管理理论对消除质量损失浪费的理论价值和实际指导意义。

| Abstract: | On the basis of waste concepts and intensions, using modem theories and methods of quality management, this paper analyses that all kinds of quality problems are the causes of waste . From the viewpoint of statistical technique, describes the relationships between variation and the cost of poor quality or waste. Using advanced management theories and techniques to eliminate biases, reduce variations and establish robust work processes are availability approaches for waste elimination. Finally, the paper discusses the theory and application value of six siena for eliminating quality loss waste. |
