| 摘 要： | 日本发展现代物流产业有自己独特的风格，其物流业已被视为继制造业和商业之后的第三利润源，作为一个专门的产业加以开发。我国加快发展现代物流产业，是加入WTO，提高我国企业经济效益和企业竞争力的必然要求。文章通过考察日本物流产业的发展、特征度经验，分析中国物流业发展现状与差距，以对中国物流业现代化发展战略提供政策建议和制度安排。

| Abstract: | The modern interflow of goods and materials industry of Japan has its own characters and has been viewed as the third source of profits and developed as a special industry.It is essential to develop the modern industry after China's entry into WTO in order to improve economic benefits and competitive power of enterprises.The paper tries to investigate development,characters and experience of the industry in Japan,analyzes the development status and gap of the industry in China,and then suggests its development strategy and system. |
