| 摘 要： | 论证了NBA制衡机制的定义、功能、结构、分类及其相互间的关系，构建了NBA制衡机制理论的全貌。在此基础上，对NBA联盟的人力制衡、收益制衡及权力制衡3项机制的功能及相关制度的运行原理展开了深入研究，其目的是深入了解NBA联盟运行的内在原理，同时，也为我国CBA联赛的可持续发展提供借签。对CBA非均衡发展的现状和原因进行剖析，并提出改进建议。

| Abstract: | This paper pointed out the definition, function, structure, classification and mutual relationship of check and balance mechanism of NBA. Based on it,the manpower,income and power mechanism was analyzed thoroughly. The main purpose was to investigate the internal operating principle and provide the reference for sustainable development of our CBA league match. At the same time,the reason and condition of non-balance development condition of CBA was discussed and improved suggestion was put forwarded. |
