| Abstract: | From observation of teaching practice in hop, step and jump and hurdle, the authorsfind out that in the same group of learning two skills, the practicers display the significant relationship in mastering techniques, teaching rate of progress and results. The purpose of this paperis to reveal, analyse and research its common factors and inner substantive relation between hop,step and jump and hurdle skills, meanwhile, to provide some beneficial references for deepeningteaching. |
