摘    要:先后学习三级跳远和跨栏跑时,同一群体学习掌握技术、教学进程,尤其是运动成绩等诸多方面存在着密切相关,高度趋同的状况。本文旨在揭示、分析、研究它们的共性因素和内在实质的联系,为深化教学提供一些借鉴。

Abstract:From observation of teaching practice in hop, step and jump and hurdle, the authorsfind out that in the same group of learning two skills, the practicers display the significant relationship in mastering techniques, teaching rate of progress and results. The purpose of this paperis to reveal, analyse and research its common factors and inner substantive relation between hop,step and jump and hurdle skills, meanwhile, to provide some beneficial references for deepeningteaching.
