| 摘 要： | 湖州民营经济从起步发展至今，取得了巨大的成就，其经济规模进一步扩大，产业结构进一步优化，经济综合实力进一步增强。但是民营企业内部仍然存在家族制管理制约，人力资源和企业文化建设欠缺，发展环境不优越的问题。为促进民营企业持续、快速、健康地发展，企业必须在制度、企业文化、人力资源、发展环境等方面不断地创新，以创新求发展。

| Abstract: | The private enterprises in the city of Huzhou has presented a tremendous development since the new century began. Though the economic scope is being expanded, the industrial structure is being perfected, the actual comprehensive economic capability is being strengthened, there still exist such problems as family management restriction, lack of human resources and enterprise culture and inferior development environment. The solution to these problems is to construct and bring forth new ideas on the system of private enterprises, labor resources, enterprise culture and development environment, thus enabling the private enterprises in Huzhou to develop continually and fast. |
