| Abstract: | In this paper,we introduce the theory and method of C~2R model in DEA method,and calculate the relative efficiencies of economic development in the 17 cities of Hubei Province,and analyze the development status of the cities from the angel of effectiveness.Then based on the actual conditions some improved methods are suggested. |
