| 摘 要： | 从激励理论入手，探讨了高校教师激励管理中的具体方法和使用原则，如物质激励、日标激励、尊重激励、参与激励、培训和发展激励、荣誉和晋升激励、负激励等，并进一步研究了高校教师激励管理机制的构建策略，如健全教师聘任制，强化教师培训，完善高校人才引进机制，改进教师考评办法，改善教师地位和待遇等。
