| 摘 要： | 近几年,就业难成为许多临近毕业的大学生面临的现实问题。通过分析当前大学生普遍缺乏的非认知技能,认为只有全面提高学生的职业技能,强化学生的技能竞争,把理论转化为实践经验,提高自身专业水平,大学生才有能力在严峻的就业难问题上把握机遇。

| Abstract: | In recent years,many graduates are facing difficulty in finding employment.This paper analyzes the non-cognitive skills that college students generally lack,puts forward that they need to improve their vocational skill,strengthen their competitive ability,obtain practical experience in addition to theoretical knowledge,and enhance their professional competence,so that they can seize opportunities of employment under such a tough circumstance. |
