| Abstract: | All the representatives of the ancient phonology of the Qing Dynasty did not completely abolish harmonic rhymes,and they either directly explained the pronunciation changes of the ancient rhymes according to the items of harmonic rhymes or changed the items according to the approach of harmonic rhymes.This view of harmonic rhymes,which was scientifically based on the systematical research on the ancient rhymes,was one of the important contents of the ancient phonology in the Qing Dynasty. |
